Thank You! Over $5,000 raised for Reporters Instructed in Saving Colleagues

January 02, 2016

Thank you everyone for backing my Kickstarter campaign!  100% of the money (minus Kickstarter fees) goes to RISC. Whether it was through sharing or actual donations, the goal of raising $5,000 wouldn't have happened without your support.

Reporters Instructed in Saving Colleagues (RISC) is an organization I've volunteered for the last few years. It was found by Sebastian Junger after the death of Tim Hetherington. Their mission is to train freelance journalists in combat first-aid for free. I've been really inspired to volunteer alongside many great people. Please visit their website if you would like to learn more about them. www.risctraining.org
